Abstract: The article reveals the necessity and institutional contradictions introduction forms of rental water use in domestic practice. We investigate the main trends of the rent for the use of water bodies in the budget of Ukraine in the regions. We proposed areas of improving the regulation of rent and concession relations in various segments of the water complex.
