Abstract: The paper discusses existing approaches and gives a proper definition of the «organizational and economic relations». Problems of forming organizational and economic relations of grocery agricultural subsectors under the market conditions are revealed. The peculiarities of formation and the types and forms of organizational and economic relations of dairy subsector in the system of social reproduction are analysed.
