Abstract: The role and directions of optimization of water flows as a key factor to improve efficiency of water resources using are analysed. The content of the main stages of water using optimization under market economy conditions establishment is revealed. The necessity to improve water using by means of establishment of optimal technological and economically closed manufacturing complex is proven.
