Abstract: The national fuel and energy complex requires the rational approach to management, improvement of power strategy as to strengthening of economic and providing state's energetic security as important constituents of the national security aimed at reducing the influence of external risks factors, non-admission of crisis situations development in terms of country's energy supply. In the article the basic problems of diversification of natural gas supply are investigated and the ways to solve them are offered.
