Improving of Regulation of State Control in Organizational and Economic Relations with Enterprises

Abstract: The notion of control is analysed in economic law contemplation, arguments that control cannot be a purely fiscal function only because prospects cannot be defined and work cannot be planned without its efficient organization are adduced in this article. Identification of control with a purely fiscal reaction in respect to control objects distorts the sense of its organizational and economic nature, which puts in the first place not punishment but achieving efficient operation of national economy in the whole.
