Implementing the Concept of Open Innovation in the Southern Region of Ukraine

Abstract: In the article on the basis of statistical information the analysis of scientific and technical activity of establishments and organizations, composition, structure and rates of increase/reduction of quantity of persons which are engaged in scientific and by scientific and technical works, is conducted. Advantages and lacks of scientific potential and realization of scientific and technical works are revealed on the territory of the South region of Ukraine during 2010-2013. Essence of paradigm of the opened innovations, their role and necessity are shown in the process of transformation of activity of enterprises, and also advantage of conception, before other forms of innovative process. A grounding in relation to the process of introduction of the opened innovations is given on territory of the South region of Ukraine and principles of construction of transition process depending on specialization of enterprises of region is given.
