Abstract:
This article deals with problematic aspects of formation and movement of participants' contingent of public pension funds in Ukraine and methodical principles of assessment of these processes. It is determined that under the conditions of permanent financial crisis in Ukraine, qualitative changes of participants' contingent significantly affect the activity and financial condition of NPF. However, in the existing techniques of NPF's assessment this factor is not considered at all or is considered superficially. The necessity of improvement of NPF’s assessment techniques by analysing data on participant's contingent, their groups, belonging to them assets, availability of rights for receiving of early pension is grounded.
