Abstract:
The historically-spiral modified processes of agricultural commodity producers state support in countries members of the European Union and in countries-leading international donors, in particular the USA, are expounded in this research. The integrative-vectorial cooperation with these countries is declared in March of this year by Program of activity of Government of Ukraine, widely discussed now by the specialists of Ministry of Agrarian Policy and Food of Ukraine and profiled scientists. Close cross-correlation connection is set between the program target method of state support of agricultural commodity producers and qualitative and quantitative indexes of work of agrarian sector of economy of the investigated row of countries. The necessity of scientific accompaniment of process of adaptation of European Union's single norms on agricultural commodity producers' state support to the Ukrainian normatively-legal field, which is still based exceptionally on the orthodox methodological achievements of agrarian economic science and lobbyist interests of corresponding political groups, was substantiated.
