Abstract: In the article the main trends in the fishing industry of maritime complex of Ukraine and EU in the context of the world economic globalization are covered. Production cost price figures before and after association of the national and European economy and trade are analyzed. The economic conclusions are formed and the scientific recommendations for the further phase of the study about optimization of the trend in Ukraine fisheries are proposed.
