Abstract: The article considers the current state of the agricultural land-reclamation, analyses financing of the branch. The article marks the importance of government regulation of investment processes in agriculture, offers the main forms of state support of investment activity on drained lands. The methodical approach for developing the mechanism of stimulating the investment activity of agricultural organizations on drained lands, which involves the creation of new investment and innovation organizations, focused on servicing agricultural producers is offered.
