Abstract: The risk of innovative activities in Ukraine is substantiated. The basic tendencies of innovative enterprises' funding are identified. The objectivity of tangible and potential risks' arising in innovative projects' realisation and their investment support is proved. The conclusions concerning the possibility and indispensability of forecasting and effective risks' managing in realisation of innovations in the country are made.
