Abstract:
The current state of motor transport under the market transformations is analysed. Unsystematic legal regulation of motor transport development and functioning hasn't created conditions for investment increasing, modernisation, services quality improvement and the field's effectiveness itself. Based on the developed algorithm of field's market transformation, it is determined the bottle neck in auto transportation services' market formation and the mechanisms of its functioning. It is defined that the motor transport reforms deepening and establishing of auto transportation services modern market is possible based on brand-new theoretical, methodological and legal bases.
