Abstract:
Building an effective market infrastructure development of forest resources field involves creating appropriate institutional environment, aimed to bring together businesses, public authorities, potential investors, local communities and individual workers in the sector in order to promote economic integration and streamlining of property relations. The developed model of the institutional environment infrastructure development of forest resources field involves identifying the most effective means of government regulation for each of the subjects of regulatory impact, taking into account that the means of market regulation, which will generate the most effective for each type of infrastructure forms the integration of subjects and forms of property relationships that provide the desired results control for each of the identified entities. Based on the developed model forms considered optimal organization of the market infrastructure of forest resources field which will received more positive results for the regulation of all subjects compared with the original cost of the use of complex stimulus. This will be possible only through partnerships between state and local authorities, business community and local communities.
