Abstract: This research describes the main factors of environmental innovation formation, investing ways of environmental protection and formation factors of investment attractiveness of nature and also it was formulated the aim of investment attractiveness. The important role in stimulating investment plays the state level in which the legal framework is formed. So the question of economic instruments at the regional level is considered in the interdependence of state-level environmental management. It was considered the conceptual model of investment attractiveness of nature which provides evolution managing of researched process and creation the conditions of introduction of theory and practice of the proposed model, development of means which provide the successful use of these methods.
