Recreational Business Management In Drainage Meliorations Areas: Long-Term Directions Of Subject-Object Relations Improvement

Abstract: The main problems of recreational business intensification in drainage meliorations areas are revealed. Renaturalization is considered as an important factor of natural and resource potential's increasing to build up the recreational infrastructure. In order to attract additional investments to recreational field and ensuring of natural resources integrated control it is offered a system of recreational business management in drainage meliorations lands, the subjects of which are the natural resources and environmental protection regulatory bodies, self-governing and regional executive power authorities, and financial and credit structures. With the aim of level increase of investment resources concentration required for tourism and sanatorium-resort development, it is grounded the expediency of recreational business institutional subjects and other nature using subjects merging into integrated enterprising structures.
