Abstract: The estimation technique of the territorial organization of retail trade network of the country is worked out. The system of indicators to measure the territorial organization of a retail trade network is offered. An analytical study of the territorial organization of the regional retail trade network is conducted. The strategies of providing rational territorial organization of the regional retail trade network of the country are grounded. The algorithm of creation a regional logistics system distribution network is offered.
