Abstract: The mechanisms of quality management of education at the higher education institutions are analysed, allowing to estimate the complexity and heterogeneity of all structural components of Quality Management System training, which made it possible to develop a generalized mathematical model of assessing the quality of university graduates, allowing to formalize the system of evaluation of knowledge, abilities, skills of students in order to ensure the necessary level of their training.
