State Strategy Of Agrarian Economy Intellectualization

Abstract:
The mechanism of the state providing of extended recreation of intellectual potential and capital of the national agrarian sphere of economy is investigated. In the format of strengthening of intellectualization economy as the newest tendency, typical, first of all, for the developed countries, an actual necessity of the concentrated influence of the state, system realization of institutional measures is grounded in relation to intellectualization important human of agrarian labour and production. The strategy of development of human factor, for creativity ideas, knowledge, work, motive force, is interpreted in economic politics by priority, other power possibilities of mind as inexhaustible asset and non-material resource of innovative labour activity.
