Abstract:
The specific of the organizational and economic providing of ecologization of agricultural land use in Ukraine in the conditions of scale institutional transformations is analysed. Priority of planning of institutional environment at development of instrumental base of the regional land policy which follows from the objective necessity of modernization of all land-use management system in the conditions of post-socialism transformation of economy is grounded. Special attention is concentrated on key measures on ecological modernization of the system of organization of land use on local level.
