Abstract: In the article the conceptual bases of evaluation of capitalization of land and economic systems in conditions of immature market mechanisms are worked out. The particular attention is paid to the methodological approach, based on an assessment of potential income of land and economic systems. Correlation and regression analysis of factors influencing the revenue of land and economic systems of Ukraine is made. Methods of incorporation of innovative capacity in assessing the level of capitalization of businesses in the agricultural sector are proposed.
