Abstract: This article deals with correlation of the structure of stock ownership and financial activity of domestic corporations. The influence of privatization on the basic parameters of national model of corporate management in Ukraine is determined. The role of each group of shareholders in the formation and realization of corporate strategy is abstracted. The ways of further development of corporate management model taking into account the potential changes in the structure of stock ownership are justified.
