Development Of Oil Products' Excise Taxation In Ukraine

Abstract: The article is devoted to analysis of the excise taxation in Ukraine and the EU in terms of its impact on the consumption of oil products and emissions of pollutants into the atmosphere. It is suggested the tax incentives to turn on the fuel market with better environmental performance and on the development of excise duties on petroleum products towards eliminating disparities with optimality criteria of taxation.
