Abstract: The article is devoted to theoretical and methodological foundations of the parameters of enterprises financial stability determining. Definitions of financial balance, solvency, liquidity, financial independence, financial stability of a company are improved. A harmonious relationship and interdependency between these categories is reveled. The basic parameters of financially stable company are determined, as an integrated economic system.
