Abstract: In the article it is considered the modern processes of computerisation of business-companies' activity. It is generalized the best practice of world companies, involved in developing IT in global IT environment: the most effective is electronic information product containing universal algorithm of its designing. It is clarified, that companies prefer opened program codes.
