Abstract: The article examines the questions of economic mechanism of government regulation and state support for the agrarian sector of Ukraine economy in the context of proEuropean vector of integration processes. The author's approach to understanding the differences between the government and public support is provided. The necessity of state support for the agricultural sector is justified.
