Abstract: It was considered and analysed in the article the existing views of the home and foreign scientists concerning transaction costs conception starting with the founders of the neoinstitutionalism and ending with the modern scientists. It is offered to consider the transaction costs at the enterprise level as a part of the turnover costs and lost profits for the goods promotion to the market.
