Water Bodies Rent Management At Regional Level: Volyn' Region Experience

Abstract: The article deals with the problem of improvement of water bodies rent management system at regional level due to lend-lease of considerable part of water resource potential in a set of regions. The interdistrict distribution of lend-lease of water bodies in Volyn' region is investigated. The causes and typical features of lend-lease of ponds, lakes and water-storage basins in forest and forest steppe areas of Volyn' region are defined.
