Abstract: The modern features of domestic fruit and vegetable sector, trends, patterns of production as well as fruit and vegetable market development are studied. Qualitative and quantitative parameters of raw material and technological basis of refineries of Ukraine's fruit and vegetable sector, competitiveness of domestic producers are assessed. The basic priorities for further sustainable development that underpins the efficient functioning of the fruit and vegetable sector economy of Ukraine's agricultural industrial complex are substantiated.
