Abstract:
This article deals with methodical approaches and practical principles of reorganization and liquidation of non-government (private) pension funds (NPF). Features and similarities of termination of funds activity abroad, the role of authorized state bodies in this process are analysed. The analysis of existing statements of domestic legislation concerning the procedure of reorganization and liquidation of NPF and their comparison with the legislation of other countries is made. The recommendations concerning the development of state regulation of this aspect of NPF activity in Ukraine are developed.
