Abstract: In the article it is grounded the forms of banks participation in ensuring of investment attractiveness of the regions. In particular, the peculiarities of banks interaction with the state and business as well as the foundations of their effective cooperation are defined. The main activity types of banking institutions in ensuring of investment attractiveness of a region are determined.
