Abstract:
In this paper the relationship between the implementation of the mechanisms of industrial democracy and the development of meaningful social interaction in the community is elaborated. The historical experience of the dynamics of labour relations is analysed and summarized. Conclusion about the necessity of the resource base of industrial democracy for productive (and not destructive) to society as a variety of human resources is done. A special attention is drawn to the role of the "new intellectual class" for the direction and quality of postmodern social and economic transformations. The value of public-private partnership in the development of resource provision and implementation of scientific and intellectual potential of society is demonstrated.
