A strategical organizational and managerial design of social and economic points of society development

Abstract: The article deals with the effective ways of organizational and managerial ensuring of social progress and economic growth. The transformations of the general economic conditions and the formation of separate points of development are considered in the context of post-modernization trends. At the organizational level the attention is paid to scientific, educational and industrial clusters as a progressive form to reinforce the strategic partnership. At the level of management the managerial compositions, based on innovative and synergetic decisions with the transition from top-down management to stimulation of the desired transformation in individual and social planes are analysed. The features of economic sectors overlapping that are peculiar to traditional, modern and postmodern order of socio-economic processes are associated with post-modern conditions (or quasi-post-modern) as conditions of the post-Soviet transition. Additionally it is shown the importance of combination of general and special interests, public and private actions in resource provision for the development and implementation of scientific and intellectual potential of the society.
