Abstract: The opportunities of fundametal and technical analysis combination in conditions of volatility on the Ukrainian stocks market were analysed in the article. The study determined that political and economic news as macroeconomic factors are the main in explaining of the causes of stock price movements in an unstable situation in the country. Also, the use of technical analysis in the prediction of price movements on the stock market is confirmed and the ways of technical and fundamental market analysis combination are determined.
