Abstract: Forming of institutional principles of economic land using is considered in the article. The conception of ecological and economic land resources management must become a basis of rational land using with a definition of organizational and economic models and mechanisms that will provide economic development of certain region. The set of measures is offered in relation to institutional alteration of the system of rational land using at a regional level.
