Abstract:
It is analysed the development and functioning of the land market in Ukraine compared to experience of foreign countries, which now largely depends on the development of its infrastructure as a basic prerequisite to increase the investment attractiveness of the lands and provides a radical change of land relations that have existed for many years. One of the important ways of reforming of market relations in Ukraine is the formation of investmentattractive lands that will meet the interests of the society and will provide an opportunity for development of land market infrastructure in the future.
