Abstract:
In the article, the retrospective analysis of marketing information theory's origin is conducted. The points of view of different scientific schools representatives as to the role of information in entrepreneurship are observed. From the perspective of historical and logical approaches, it is proved that the specifics of marketing information theory is revealed in the minimal level of scientific abstraction, maximal approximation to practical activities of enterprises, basing on fundamental works of economic theory schools.
