Abstract: The relationship between the increase in the value of production for the spiritual life of society and post-modern transformation of the alienation of labour is analysed. The basic flows of spiritual production / spiritual creativity, above all, scientific and intellectual, artistic and imaginative are learned. Spontaneity is regarded as an integral feature of creativity and inspiration - deeply individual condition. However, the creation of favourable conditions for creativity, work in spiritual production is characterized as a pressing social problem in the formation of enclaves of knowledge economy and general postmodern transformation. The conclusion about the effectiveness of the public association of public and private interests (primarily public-private partnership) and the development of scientific-educational-industrial complexes is provided.
