Ukrainian land market: key problems and development prospects

Abstract: The various theoretical approaches to the essence of land market are analysed. The definition of "land market" is given. The functions of land market and fundamental conditions for its effective functioning in Ukraine are defined. The paramount tasks solved by means of civil land market are revealed.
