Abstract:
It is analysed the development state of global vinegrowing and viniculture. The authors arrived at a conclusion that these fields are to be improved in Ukraine. The existence of objective preconditions for development stipulates the necessity to increase production volumes, improve the quality of national wines, optimize the structure of alcohol drinking, develop and implement competitive innovative technologies, integrate the wine into global market and recycle secondary output of wine making on the basis of clusters.
