Objective necessity to create and develop financial and industrial groups in the republic of Azerbaijan

Abstract: In the article on the basis of long-term statistical data, it is analysed the main indicators, characterizing the activities of business organizations, their distribution by ownership forms, groups of countries, as well as a state of the newly-established and liquidated enterprises by the spheres of economic activity, their financial condition; it is identified the reserves and the expediency of creation and development of financial and industrial groups in Azerbaijan is substantiated.
