The use of a systemic approach being analysed enables to segregate sub-systems of an enterprise – a subsystem of efficiency, a structural and organizational subsystem and a manufacturing and technological subsystem. The types of motivation and key ways of their implementation within specified subsystems of an enterprise were identified. The use of a structural and functional analysis for a design of a model and structure of a motivational mechanism and ways of its realization is proposed. The definition and evaluation of motivation level gives an opportunity to satisfy the needs of all participants of the reproductive process and amplify its efficiency.
