Abstract: It is grounded the expediency of enhancing the use of entrepreneurial potential as an important factor for competitive economy sectors development and as a prerequisite of sustainable socio-economic development of both the country and certain regions. It is defined the place and role of small business of Mykolaiv region economy. It is suggested the measures to increase the efficient use of small business potential to ensure the development of competitive industries of regional economic complex.
