Lease as a form of land consolidation

Abstract: The article studies land lease as one of the forms of its consolidation. It presents main ways to concentrate land lots. The authors give recommendations as to improvement of land lease relations. The work analyses the performance of agricultural holdings as principal leaseholders of land in Ukraine and determines the main tendencies of development of lease as a form of land consolidation.
