Organizational and institutional providing of territorial planning of rural territories' land management

Abstract: It is proved that the institutes of land relations are not fully-formed, particularly, at the local, regional and economic levels. The necessity of rural territories development planning based on territorial planning of land management, where the spatial planning is leading, is substantiated. The methodological approach to formation the organizational and institutional environment of territorial planning of land management at local, regional and economic levels is suggested.
