Institutional foundations of forming the regional land policy

Abstract: The problems of institutional support of the state land policy at regional and local levels are analysed. The specified objectives, strategic goals and objectives, mechanisms and instruments regulating land relations are defined. Logical-semantic scheme of the formation and implementation of regional land policy are showed. The definition of "regional land policy" and the main measures for its implementation are given.
