Regulation of changes in the structure of farm lands: institutional bases

Abstract: The expediency to form the system of regulation of changes in the structure of farm lands in order to restrict the level of ploughness and increase the assimilative potential of correspondent territories is substantiated in the article. The changes in the structure of farm lands in 2013 compared to 2000 are revealed. The priorities for improvement the level of ploughness of farm lands through implementation of appropriate regulations and amendments to the Land Code of Ukraine are suggested.
