Comparative analysis of the strategies of industrial property protection in Ukraine and other countries

Abstract: The article presents the main results of a study on the experience of using the potential of intellectual property and innovation in providing effective economic growth. The author proves that an important and essential tool for implementing modern economic policy for emerging markets (which include post-Soviet countries and China), is a strategy for intellectual property and innovation. The success of such a policy is indicated by a significant improvement in the country's position in the ranking of the Global Innovation Index.
