Abstract: The article is devoted to generalization and further development of theoretical bases of Carriage and Wagon railway undertakings on the basis of modelling and development of information technology, using a balanced scorecard. The basis of the theoretical and applied development work entrusted trial of Balanced Scorecard in Carriage and car-repair enterprises, and the LSS process analysis that includes a description of the general procedures of its creation. Conceptual management of these provisions of rail transport at the GSP, the implementation of which is aimed at supporting the implementation of technology measurement, evaluation and control at the operational and strategic management. The method of sales volume forecasting of carriage-building and car-repair enterprises was developed using a polynomial trend and seasonality factor. An information system operations management based OLTP and strategic management using OLAP.
