Abstract:
In the article it has been analysed the state and problems of credit and financial provision of Ukrainian agroindustry producers, and the role of the banking system in this process has been defined. It has been determined that under the current conditions agro-industry enterprises need credit financial resources in order to update their material and technical facilities and to maintain further sustainable development. The amounts of crediting agroindustry enterprises by the commercial banks of Ukraine have been analysed by terms, interest rates and credit reimbursement levels. The main directions to stabilize the system of credit and financial provision of agro-industry producers have been defined. The issue of the formation of the mechanism of rural credit cooperation has been investigated. The different options of formation and operation of rural credit associations have been defined. The urgency of state support for the Ukrainian agroindustry producers, the implementation by the state of efficient system of agricultural risks insurance and the formation of the system of state futures procurements of agricultural commodities have been substantiated.
