Abstract: On the basis of principles of approach of the systems and phenomenological analysis based on consideration of relations into a triad a "structure - substance - subject", of first described by an academician NAS of Ukraine V.A.Shirokoff logical properties of elements of the economic systems that generate them emergent are formulated, that is system effects, for example, startups.
